Absolutely appalling service. Supposed to have a delivery from a third party through Amazon. These buffoons have pushed back the delivery for 2 days. Then the driver tries to say he attempted a delivery at my home today, and no one answered the door. An absolute JOKE. CCTV proves no one has attempted any delivery.I think Hermes takes pride in being the worst delivery service. I roll my eyes every time a business chooses to use Hermes delivery. I wish businesses would give the customer options to pay more and deliver more reliably. Once again, I'm waiting for delivery for several days with no updates.
